Biography
Rachel is a dedicated litigation attorney with extensive experience in civil litigation, specializing in insurance defense and fraud investigations. A proud graduate of Brooklyn Law School, she is licensed to practice law in New York State. Rachel began her career as a fellow with the New York City Law Department, where she successfully argued dispositive motions, negotiated discovery, and crafted trial strategies.
Following her fellowship, Rachel served as the Assistant Law Clerk to a Supreme Court Justice in Kings County, honing her skills by evaluating court filings and resolving disputes. She then expanded her legal expertise by representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation cases, guiding them from inception through jury verdicts.
