Biography
Paul Hammond is a seasoned civil litigation attorney with more than two decades of experience representing businesses, insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and individuals in complex litigation matters throughout Florida. His practice focuses on defense litigation involving premises liability, automobile negligence, construction defect claims, professional liability, employment-related disputes, negligent security, condominium and homeowners’ association matters, errors and omissions claims, and Fair Housing litigation.
Throughout his career, Paul has managed extensive litigation portfolios and handled cases in both state and federal courts. He has significant experience in all phases of litigation, from case evaluation and discovery through trial, mediation, and resolution. In addition to his litigation practice, he has supervised and mentored associate attorneys while overseeing large caseloads involving a broad spectrum of civil defense matters.
Paul earned his undergraduate degree in Speech Communications from the University of South Florida and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and Law Review.
Prior to joining The Willis Law Group, Paul built an accomplished career representing clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, developing a reputation for strategic advocacy, practical solutions, and dedicated client service.
He is admitted to practice in Florida, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
