Biography
Jillian A. Limoggio is a dedicated litigation attorney and a member of The Willis Law Group's RICO Fraud Team, where she utilizes her expertise in litigation to investigate fraudulent claims. With extensive experience in litigation, Jillian previously focused on professional liability and insurance defense matters. Recently, she has represented professionals, corporations, and insureds in high-exposure claims related to legal malpractice and premises liability throughout New York State. Early in her career, Jillian represented employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation litigation, which helped her build a strong foundation in liability mitigation and risk management. After gaining experience in workers' compensation, she refined her skills in civil litigation and compliance matters by representing financial institutions in debt collection. Later, she joined a prominent defense firm in Long Island, where she successfully managed a diverse caseload of complex professional liability and insurance defense cases.
