Bret Walsh is a litigator who has successfully represented businesses and non-profit organizations in a variety of different lawsuits. He has obtained successful results for clients, including favorable settlements, injunctive relief, and dismissal of lawsuits. In addition, Mr. Walsh practices in the area of estate planning, where he advises clients on how to preserve their wealth. Mr. Walsh owned and operated his own law firm for several years. Prior to being admitted to the practice of law, Mr. Walsh worked for twelve years in legislative and government affairs, where he served as an advisor for the Governor of Minnesota, a lobbyist at a large law firm, and a legislative staffer.
