Tim Kelly, a knowledgeable and talented attorney, has over 30 years of experience in a vast array of legal practices.  He has concentrated most of his efforts in the areas of commercial litigation, civil law, labor law, insurance defense, personal injury, legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, employment investigations, commercial law, and substantive law.  Tim has represented clients as both an appellate and trial lawyer and he and his team have successfully argued cases before the United States Supreme Court and the Illinois Supreme Court as well as a variety of other federal, district, and state courts.
