Thomas Panuthos has over two decades of experience in the legal world, working mainly in the areas of personal injury, workplace injuries, motor vehicle accidents, mortgage litigation, and insurance defense. During his career, he has worked closely with insurance adjusters and defense firms to negotiate the settlement of files and maintained a consistent relationship with clients while managing large caseloads. Thomas developed procedures and created training manuals he used to train and coach staff on regulatory compliance and proper customer service protocols. He was also integral in the development of uniform procedures for Recovery Audit Contractor audits and CMS inquiries. In addition, Thomas is an adept researcher, having drafted, analyzed, and reviewed hundreds of agreements, petitions, complaints, and motions for state, district, and federal cases.
