Susan B. Smith has represented individuals, small businesses, companies, corporations, and associations in transactional matters and litigation. She has tried over 70 jury trials to verdict, involving commercial carriers and personal lines, personal injury, auto, premises, work injuries, property damage claims, and construction defect cases. Susan has represented businesses in prosecution and defense involving breach of contract, enforcement of agreements, and related issues. She has handled bankruptcy claims, both for debtors and creditors, throughout the bankruptcy process. She performed real estate transactions and provided legal transactions for SBA loans. Susan previously worked for oil and gas companies as a title analyst.
