Biography

Michael Myers, an accomplished attorney and decorated military veteran, has spent over 20 years serving clients and companies as a litigator.  While attending the University of North Dakota, he excelled in mock and moot trial competitions and was a member of the Order of Omega and Gamma Sigma Alpha Honor Societies. Following graduation, Michael served as a military analysist in the United States Army National Guard and as an intelligence analysist and intelligence officer in the United States Navy Reserve, conducting personnel trainings, heading intelligence preparations, and acting as the section leader for the Country Analysist Division for the Joint Intelligence Center. Once Michael entered the legal field, he focused largely on civil, bankruptcy, and real estate law, as well as insurance defense and oil and gas litigation. Much of Michael’s caseload has been focused on representing banks and large corporations involving complex cases with multiple defendants.
