Biography

John Rastoka, an award-winning and well-rounded attorney, has used his unique and diverse skill set to benefit his legal career.  While studying at Canisius College, John was awarded the Valaik Academic Scholarship and the Neville Academic Scholarship as well as the Order of the Barristers Award, the Excellence in Trial Advocacy Award in addition to making the Dean’s List. After graduating from Canisius College, he served as a judicial extern for the Supreme Court of California, interned with Invariant Government Relations and clerked in the Department of Homeland Security.  As an attorney John, has managed multi-million-dollar insurance defense cases, researched, drafted, and argued motions regarding summary judgment and discovery disputes as well as prepared and conducted depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
