Biography

Jeremy Saenz has spent the past two decades representing clients in a wide array of legal fields including insurance defense, labor and employment law, civil litigation, real estate law and others.   During his career he advised clients on both federal and state employment laws, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, WARN, the Immigration and Control Act of 1984 and the Texas Labor Code. Jeremy has represented his clients in front of government agencies including the Texas Workforce Commission, the Department of Labor, as well as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  Jeremy is also an experienced speaker and trainer who has led training seminars and held speeches across Texas in the areas of Federal Employment Law, Harassment and Discrimination in the Workplace and other seminars relating to compliance under labor and employment laws.
