Biography

Erich Schenk has over 25 years of legal experience as an accomplished trial lawyer with significant state and federal court experience.  His areas of expertise include product liability, mass tort, complex commercial, and personal injury litigation.  He has also represented commercial clients across a broad range of industries, including commercial trucking, automotive, insurance, consumer electronics, and manufacturing.  During his career, Erich has worked on large-scale projects including commercial oil and gas contract provisions, lease agreements, and other transactional issues involving the energy industry.
