BIOGRAPHY

For over 20 years Daphne has successfully defended client interests in insurance defense, toxic tort, product liability, medical malpractice, environmental litigation as well as other areas of law.  She was a key player in many personal injury and premises liability cases including the San Juan Dupont Hotel Fire MDL case and chemical exposure litigation relating to the Gulf War conflict. In addition to her schooling at the University of Central Florida, The Loyola University School of Law, and the Tulane University School of Law, she also studied abroad at the Aegean Institute of the Law of the Sea and Maritime Law in Greece as part of her maritime education.
