Biography

Chuck Kibler is a seasoned commercial trial lawyer with more than forty (40) trials to his credit in a variety of different cases to include personal injury, DRAM Shop, real estate, premises liability, and business disputes. As a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Chuck spent the early portion of his adult life as an officer in the U.S. Army where he was responsible for the planning, scheduling, maintenance, training, and overall well-being of hundreds of officers and soldiers as well as millions of dollars in combat equipment.  Chuck utilizes his experience as both an Army veteran and a 20+ year practicing attorney to manage and train his team to effectively prepare, defends, and try (as needed) our personal injury cases in the Houston area.
