Byron C. Bailey is an attorney who has not only used his experience in law for the benefit of his clients, but for the community as well. He has managed a multitude of Insurance Defense, Commercial Litigation and Creditor’s Rights cases from initial engagement through to final resolution and has utilized his skills in research and analysis to bring those files to the best possible outcome for the client. Byron also currently serves on the Board of Managers for Park South YMCA, is a member of the Dallas Mayor’s Star Council, is a Partner in the Social Venture Partners organization and volunteers for the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program. While in the Texas A&M University School of Law he served as a Citations Editor for the Journal of Property Law, was a part of the Moot Court Travel Team and was the recipient of the Sarah T. Hughes Scholarship from the Dallas Bar Foundation as well as the recipient of the Margolies Award from the Association of Corporate Counsel - Dallas/Ft. Worth.
