Biography

Andy Kuehler has spent the past 29 years as a civil litigation attorney covering multiple forms of malpractice and insurance defense in addition to representing numerous players as a contract agent for the NFL as well as minor and Mexican baseball Leagues.  He has extensive experience in county, state, district and federal courts and has served as a partner or senior counsel attorney for most of his vast legal career.  He has published several cases including Shepard v. Ledford, 1998, McClung v. Walmart, 1994 and Rojas v. Walmart, 1994.  He has also represented the DFW Airport and several municipalities under the Texas Torte Claims Act and was formerly certified by the NFL Players Association and the MLB Players Association.  While a student at Texas Tech University he received the prestigious American Jurisprudence Award in Insurance Law.
