Biography

Amos Pettis is an experienced litigator who has represented clients in a broad range of civil litigation, including first party insurance liability, personal injury, commercial litigation, construction litigation, insurance coverage, health care liability, and appeals. He has extensive trial experience, having taken more than 30 cases to trial and received verdicts. Amos has obtained numerous summary judgments for his clients in state and federal court across Texas.  He has also briefed and argued various issues in the courts of appeal.
