Kirk Willis Designated as Certified Litigation Management Professional
TWLG Announces Kirk Willis Designated as Certified Litigation Management Professional
The Council on Litigation Management (CLM) teamed with Columbia Law School to host the Litigation Management Institute. This Institute is the first certification program designed to provide attorneys a comprehensive understanding of the business of litigation management and business risk. This rigorous educational program bridges the gap between legal theory and litigation strategy, and the business aspects of litigation management. The program is limited to only 100 participants. Kirk Willis successfully completed the program and received the special designation of Certified Litigation Management Professional.
Kirk Willis is a veteran in the insurance defense field, having tried more than 100 jury trials to verdict. He has established himself as a premier trial lawyer in his defense practice, which includes construction litigation, commercial disputes, medical malpractice, employment litigation and environmental litigation.
