We are seeking a full-time paralegal with minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience.  Certification is not required, however, current Texas paralegal experience is a must, high volume docket a plus as well as trial experience and daily billable timekeeping.

This position requires experience in training and mentoring junior paralegals. Candidates must be detail-oriented and have a demonstrated ability to perform consistent high quality work while cognizant of task related deadlines.

Other duties include:

• Drafting of pleadings, motions and discovery;

• Preparing for depositions, mediations and trial;

• Communicating with clients, claim specialists and expert witnesses;

• Ordering medical records and preparing medical chronologies; and

• Summarizing witness testimony.

Strong knowledge of MS Word as well as an intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint experience is a plus.

We have an immediate opening for a litigation attorney in our Dallas office. Candidates must have 4 to 7 years of civil litigation experience for a personal injury docket, insurance defense experience a plus. Candidates must possess the ability to handle a busy docket and have a strong work ethic.

Candidates must have excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills; as well as a commitment to client service. The ability to work with minimal supervision is required.
